Small. Silver. Speedster.
Hey guys- I have a build I’m planning out so that when I get home for thanksgiving break I’m ready to hit the ground running.
The Porsche RS Spyder was one of most successful prototypes of this century.
For 1:43 models I try (really hard) to stick to Porsche race cars. I have a quest to fulfill (at least one model of every type of Porsche race car), and I need to stay on track to do it. But sometimes an exception comes along that you can’t ignore. And that exception this time took the form of the Typ 356/1, the…
This was supposed to be my sole Rennsport diecast purchase...but I should have known that would prove impossible. Nevertheless I think I am now on team 1:43 (sorry team 1:18... I got limited space in my life haha).
Over the weekend I found a pair of cars at a junk store. At a dollar a piece I figured they’d be good candidates for some restoration work.
Sup everyone? I’ve been looking at all your stories and got inspired. I dug up all my hotwheels new and old. I have a ton more 1:64. But they’re different brands. I’ll save it for later. There are even some “custom” must have been inspired with a sharpie as a 12 year old.
For sale: championship winning racecar, minor cosmetic damage; Sunday driven.
I got this as a killer RAOK from Plasticprints a while ago but haven’t gotten around to posting it yet. It. Is. Amazing.
Since this, and Oppo, are the only blogs I get to post or reply on, I apologize that you have to read this here, on LaLD, but,
I have gone through several stages of feelings about the new GT2 RS-based 2019 Porsche 935 track day special since I heard about it on Thursday. First I was a mixture of intrigued and disgusted at the idea of a three-quarter-million-dollar Porsche 911.
Welcome to day 7 of 996 Appreciation Week. Yesterday’s cars, the 911 GT3 and GT3 RS, are the track ready cars of the 911 lineup. But what do you get when you want a track only car? You get the 911 GT3 R and GT3 RSR. Despite their track only status, these are not some tube frame cars with a 911 silhouette body, these…
I took the twins out today.
Espresso and fried eggs. Hashtag 996, hashtag team 1:18.
Just a quick pic of my maisto again.
Do these come in a larger size in this color?
No, we’re all here, we just can’t figure out this weird see through elevator. What floor is everyone else on?
The holidays are coming up, in case your Twitter timeline half filled with people wanting to get ~*spooky*~ and the other half posting Christmas emojis hasn’t tipped you off to that yet. And if you’re itching to spend a thousand times more than something is worth for the first time since you got a bill for college…
It’s Friday during LaLD Rennsport Week. This leaves me no option but to bring out the big boys. On top of that, the new Porsche 935 was just unveiled today. So what better car to show than my own pair of 935s?
The 996 takeover continues. Today I have for you the track-ready cars of the 996 series, the GT3 and the GT3 RS. The cars represented here are the Mk II versions both for Porsche and AUTOart. Unlike all the other AUTOart 996s I’ve shown thus far, these 2 models have door glass and contemporary door hinges as their…
